It's why we love to interview people doing the things you keep waffling about (no shame in it...I've done it too) "Is this a good idea?" Say "Hi" to Debbie a brand-new real estate virtual assistant (with 40 years of work + life experience) She's got a dream (and it's bigger than just making money + paying the bills). They are....but it's your soft (and usually invisible to you) skills that...
